The feel
Arʿa is ground underfoot: soil, land, the solid world beneath the sky. Farmers turn it, seed falls into it, treasure lies buried in it. The parables need dirt: shallow soil, good soil, a field hiding treasure. Even prayer keeps its feet down: heaven and earth share one breath.

b-arʿa : "on earth." The prayer refuses to leave the ground out: whatever the reign is, it lands here.

And some fell on good soil and gave a harvest: a hundred times, sixty times, thirty times over.
arʿa ṭabta : "good earth." The same word is soil in the parable and earth in the prayer; the sower's field and the reign's arrival share one noun.

Don't store up treasures for yourselves here on earth, where moth and rust eat them away and where thieves break in and steal.
b-arʿa : "on earth." Here the ground is named for what it cannot do: hold anything past moth, rust, and thieves.
Practice
Stand still and feel your weight settle into the ground beneath you: floor, soil, or pavement. Breathe slowly ten times. Say, “in heaven as well as on earth,” and let here be included.
Say “arʿa”: point to the ground, then name good soil and earth as one word.
